Assist Roofing: Quality Roofing Across Cork and Beyond

Assist Roofing is a family-owned business that has been serving Cork city and county for three generations. Led by John, the current owner and a third-generation roofer, the company has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing services. With a dedicated team of ten professionals, Assist Roofing handles everything from minor roof repairs to full roof installations. Whether it’s a natural slate, tile, or fibreglass roof, the company ensures exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. As members of the National Guild of Master Craftsmen, their work is a testament to the high standards they uphold.

Specialising in flat roofing, Assist Roofing provides a range of essential services designed to protect and maintain roof structures.

From the installation of gutters, fascias, and soffits, they help manage water flow and prevent damage to homes. Their 12-year written warranty on all work offers customers peace of mind, knowing that their investment is protected. John emphasises transparency in all dealings, with no down payments required. He explains, “We’re very transparent. We don’t look for any down payments, and we take photos before, during, and after. On completion, we send an invoice and a warranty.”

Another key aspect of their service is cleanliness, with all rubbish removed from the site at no extra cost. This customer-focused approach extends to their emergency services, with a fully dedicated team on hand from September to February, ensuring 24-hour support during the crucial winter months.

Looking to the future, John is keen to expand Assist Roofing’s operations beyond Cork. The company has already begun taking on projects in neighbouring counties, thanks to positive word-of-mouth referrals. “We’re looking now to widen our horizons. A challenge we’re facing with this is trying to expand at a good rate, but not diluting our quality service. Word of mouth referrals have led to us doing some work in Tipperary and Limerick, and we’d like to keep growing like this.”

With a focus on maintaining high standards, Assist Roofing’s growth ambitions are well-matched with their dedication to customer satisfaction.
