“We have implemented a business strategy from day one which has provided us with steady growth over the last 4 years.
We have 11 members of staff who all share the same company ethic.
I’ve great tradesmen working alongside me and I think if you make
a business too big, the standard drops and that isn’t what I want. I’m after reputation more
than anything else.
Over the next couple of years, my aim is to keep the business at the same level with the projects being at a higher level. I get great enjoyment from my work and the business is certainly my little baby!,’’ added Mr Walker
