Broderick Architects is a registered practice with the Royal Institute of Architects Ireland and was founded by Architect Patrick Broderick MRIAI (RIAI).
Broderick Architects will develop, design and deliver bespoke unique projects for their clients. At the initial design consultation, we meet with our clients to discuss their requirements and budget which will inform a well-considered design. We are as excited as our clients at this initial phase and specially tailor our skills to suit our client’s requirements.

Their team provides contemporary, bespoke, high quality designs over a range of sectors including Residential and Commercial. They also regularly provide Expert Reports for the legal profession.
“It is common knowledge that the cost of materials has gone up significantly recently. This does not mean you have to compromise quality. We can design a home that is still affordable and will meet your needs as spaces can be designed to adapt.
“Every home should be designed in such a way that it can easily adapt as needs change.”
Working remotely has made people spend more time in their homes for work purposes but for living also. I’m seeing the open plan living disappear a little bit of late because homeowners now like to close off a space where they can get peace and quiet or segregation within the house, he continued
It is an exciting time for Architects. Clients are more informed, imaginative, and braver when it comes to what they want to build.
They are influenced by what they see from travelling, online, and TV and sometimes it is about drawing together a concept that merges what they have in their imagination.
They want to push boundaries and try something different but within their budget.
From my perspective, I think planners have been very forthwith and they are open to contemporary modern designs which push the boundaries a little bit. If it is designed properly by an Architect, they are open to it,’’ imparted Patrick.
As to the future of Broderick Architects?
“We are busy and confident to keep building for the future and I don’t see that changing, people still need homes. As to our future, we will simply continue to develop, design and deliver bespoke quality projects to our clients.”
