“I’ve been in this business for 30 years in one form or another and have a great deal of experience in all aspects of the business, from Design to manufacturing to fitting. I was pretty much retired a few years ago but I then discovered a property in the best location in Dungarvan and I took it on and we opened in May 2019,” explained John Reynolds.
2019 ended very strong and we were looking at a fantastic 2020 but then we were shut down in March due to the pandemic. It has been tough to restart an already new business having lost valuable trained staff, but with the help from my son Mark, things are back on track.
“We pride ourselves on customer service and attention to detail and everything we do is done to 100%. We have a lot of work in the pipeline now and with the help of my son that is easily managed now,” concluded Mr Reynolds.
