White Sage Decluttering is a company run by the award winning, Clonakilty based professional declutterer and founder of the business, Anne Marie Kingston.
White Sage’s services include the White Sage Academy which is a step by step process to start decluttering each and every area of your home.
You can work with Ms Kingston in a group along with other amazing like minded women.
Zoom decluttering is a live on Zoom giving the encouragement you need as well as access support and accountability to declutter.
The One to one package is a two day, a four day or a tailor-made decluttering programme designed to achieve the transformation you’re longer for.
“I’ve been decluttering for the last 35 years on a personal level so I’ve been doing this since I was very young.
I’m self trained as well as having an intensive 12 month course behind me, I can declutter in my sleep as it comes so naturally to me,” said Anne Marie Kingston.
“When you declutter your home, you feel lighter, you have clean counter tops and the biggest thing is your mental health.
When you are surrounded by clutter on a daily basis, it effects your productivity, your mood, your concentration and the relationships in your home.
Where people are going wrong is they think decluttering and cleaning are the same thing! Decluttering is your ability to let go of items that no longer serve you.
“I take away any clutter that my clients are happy to let go of and I will support the local charity shops in Clonakilty. My business is very niche in that I’m very aware of waste so I would be very interested in sustainability and giving items a new lease of life. I will re-home 90% of everything that comes out of my clients’ home,” she continued.
“The charity shop and the recycling centre should become your best friends when it comes to clearing out your home! Rather than declutter your house on a whim in advance of an event such as a Birthday or Christmas, people need to declutter on a regular basis and eventually they will begin doing it without even thinking. Once you have already done a deep, dive declutter which means going through every single thing in the house, the foundations are then set for future decluttering!” Said Anne Marie Kingston
“Time and energy is a huge thing and it is something that a lot of my clients don’t have as they are women who are trying to juggle everything and making decluttering a priority is way down the list.
I would also deal with people who may be dealing with the bereavement of a loved one or maybe there has been illness in the house, empty nesters or there could be people moving house.
There is a route cause as to why clutter has got into the home.
“With clutter, you cannot force people to declutter, they have to be ready to let go and if a person isn’t ready, I would advise them to get in touch with me again when they are ready to begin the process.
Unfortunatley, there is no hearse with a trailer, the stuff can’t be brought with us,” finished Anne Marie Kingston.
