We feel hugely optimistic for 2023!

John Byrne of Barry & Byrne Kitchens talks to Build & Renovate

Story Highlights
  • "Barry & Byrne kitchens know the importance of providing a top-class product and service, as the importance of a strong referral can never be underestimated."
  • "As part of our customer service ethos, we offer our customers a free design consultation."

With more than 65 years of combined experience in the kitchen industry, John Byrne and Tim Barry have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and know the importance of constructing their kitchens and wardrobes using only the finest raw materials sourced from some of the leading global suppliers, such as Egger, Finsa, Blum, Franke, and Faber to name just a few.

Coupling these high-quality materials with an Irish based state of the art, manufacturing facility Barry & Byrne Kitchens offer their customers an Irish made, high quality, good value for money product that will stand the test of time in a modern Irish family environment.

Further to offering a high-quality cabinet, Barry and Byrne Kitchens offer a wide array of door styles, materials and colours options to choose from, ensuring they can fulfil almost any customers style and colour requirements.

In order to enhance the usability of their kitchens Barry & Byrne also offer a vast selection of internal fitments, ensuring that accessibility to every square inch of space is maximised, with ease of access a priority.

As part of our customer service ethos, we offer our customers a free design consultation, where we ascertain their specific and unique requirements and subsequently design their kitchen or wardrobe using our industry leading CAD software. This ensures our customers have the opportunity to view a photo realistic design of their proposed new kitchen and are afforded the opportunity to make any refinements to the design to get exactly what they want, prior to selecting their materials and placing their order, said John Byrne.

“With so much industry experience, Barry & Byrne kitchens know the importance of providing a top-class product and service, as the importance of a strong referral can never be underestimated. Being mindful of this fact, we intend to do our utmost to ensure that our customers receive the very best service, quality and materials and hopefully will recommend us to their friends and family.”

In terms of popular colours and unit choices?

“We have noticed that current colour preferences are trending towards stronger shades of blue, indigo, marines and greens, with greys and graphite’s proving very popular at the moment. Notwithstanding these colour trends, we have a wide colour pallet to chose from and can provide a paint to order offering should it be required,” continued Mr Byrne.

As to the future of Barry & Byrne Kitchens?

“Having recently opened our showroom in Northpoint Business Park on the New Mallow Road in Cork and based on the level of positive feedback from both customers and suppliers we feel hugely optimistic for 2023 and with more showrooms in the pipeline it is onwards and upwards for the future of the business,” concluded John Byrne.
