We are currently fitting new passive windows and doors in New Court, New Street, Dublin 8 upgrading 57 homes with passive windows. It’s a live building and we are doing a full finish on each frame inside and out. This is part of the SEAI initiative to reduce Ireland’s Carbon Footprint and help tenants save on their heating bills. We look forward to delivering the full fit out on completion in March, explained Paul Kenny.
“Over the last few months, we have expanded the business and we have hired some new staff members and we are also taking on bigger projects. We have done a lot of home improvement work this year such as bathrooms, insulation works etc and we have broadened our range of services to include a wide range of home improvements.
“We have a mobile unit on the road and we also have a new premises but that is more so for holding stock and tools than a showroom as with the online presence not many people visit a showroom as much as they would have done in the past. In the last two years, we have branched out in different directions to meet the client’s needs when we are working in their houses.
“With the crew that we have, our lads can turn their hands to many different skills. Windows will always be our mainstay but now that we are also doing renovation work, it means that we can offer more services to the homeowner instead of them employing a lot of different people to work on projects, they can hire us as a ‘one stop shop!’
