We want people to go WOW!

Story Highlights
  • "Little subtle changes to the room like lowering a shower tray to floor level can make the space immediately seem larger."
  • "We are not afraid to change the bathroom around completely as I want the customer to get the best possible layout that they can."

Tomás founded Walsh Tiling & Bathroom Renovations after returning from Australia in 2010.

This company is lucky to have a great team behind them that always strives to do the best work possible.

Walsh Tiling & Bathroom Renovations hope to continue to grow and provide the excellent service their customers have become accustomed to.

“90% of our work would be domestic projects and it would come from recommendations.

We want to do the best work we possibly can on every single job that we do,” said Tomás Walsh.

“We are never afraid to change the bathroom around completely as I want the customer to get the best possible layout that they can.

We will always try to eliminate any boxing by rerouting pipes for a more streamlined finish.

We will move doors, vanity, toilets, if we think it will improve the layout and feel of the space.

We are doing a lot more with lighting in the recess shelves and under vanity units and bath areas.

The bathroom is almost like your kitchen now in that everyone wants their bathroom to look nice for when visitors come over and they compliment it!

It is nice that bathrooms are getting more plush as we like to see the end project on each job as no two projects are ever the same.

“I always advise customers to go for a pop of colour on one wall and make it a feature in the space.

Contrast can be added with a different tile or with the vanity unit, little touches make a massive difference when it comes to styling the bathroom.

Little subtle changes to the room like lowering a shower tray to floor level can make the space immediately seem larger.

We have seen a lot more use of panelling in bathroom also whether it be acoustic panelling for a feature wall or traditional panelling with a nice pattern tile and freestanding bath it can really make a room stand out, ” added Mr Walsh.
