  • "We are trying to demystify the kitchen purchasing journey."

Kube Kitchens & Interiors are a family run company with more than 50 years’ experience in the kitchen and interior design industry.

From modular kitchens to luxury furniture and sleek wardrobes, their stunning bespoke designs promise to enhance the beauty of your home.

“We are trying to demystify the kitchen purchasing journey as the process of buying a kitchen for most consumers is quite a daunting process.

We have come to find through research that we have done that more than 60% of our customers have never bought a kitchen before and of those customers that had bought a kitchen, they hadn’t done so for 10 to 12 years,” said Pat McGrath.

“Kitchen design has changed dramatically in the last 15 years, it was a space where you cooked dinner and you rarely brought people into the kitchen, whereas now our designers are designing kitchens to include dining and living all in the one place.

In that case, it is imperative that the layout, the lighting, the colour of the kitchen cabinetry, the noise of your appliances and the extractor fan all have to be thought out.

“A kitchen is a big spend for the homeowner and as it is something they haven’t done before or they haven’t done for a long time, prospective customers can become nervous walking into our showroom but if they put that aside, they will meet our in house design consultants who are talking about kitchens morning, noon and night!”

“There are five things that will determine the cost of your kitchen and they are; the number of units in the kitchen, the price group for items such as doors, accessories such as lighting and built in drawer inserts, appliances and the worktops.

We have 47 design consultants working across our nine branches and it is important that they establish what exactly it is the customer would like and what they require in their kitchen to make it the kitchen of the customers dreams,” concluded Mr McGrath.
