Our team at Branach Developments have over 60 years combined experience renovating derelict properties throughout Ireland.
We are members of the Irish Green Building Council. We are looking to buy derelict properties in all areas with a view to renovating to an A-rated BER standard and then re-selling back to the open market using local agents in the area
We find that most of our buyers are from the local areas where we are renovating properties already and are delighted to be staying within their community, work place and families
