A wise man once told me that the biggest thing you can do is meet your customer so when I’m doing a job now, I will call out and meet the customer, get to know them and build a good rapport with them. Meeting your potential customer before you begin a job makes it so much easier to work on a project as you can have a bit of banter and a chat with the customer when you are working in their house.
