With hundreds of designs including all stone varieties, both natural and engineered, each piece of stone has been painstakingly selected for its unique beauty and premium quality and finish.
For the last couple of years, there has been a big uptake in stone counter tops due to people spending money in their home and installing new kitchens which led on to people wanting to do their kitchen correctly if they are doing it second time round and they are investing in a more premium style kitchen from the counter tops to their doors. We have also widened the range of products we use and it has pushed us in to supplying tiles and stone cladding for the bathroom, explained Stephen.
“We have taken on a new product in the last 18 months called XTONE. With an extensive format, variety of finishes and thicknesses, XTONE sintered stone surfaces adapt to any environment and application, achieving greater continuity and visual aesthetics.
A generic product capable of capturing designs on pieces of high performance and excellent quality. Able to perfectly reflect tangible realities on surfaces that resemble marble, stone, wood, cement or metal. When it is used as wall cladding or in a kitchen, it is really a feature of the room.
This product also gives people the option of using this as a wall cladding for their bathroom rather than tiling it which gives a massive impact in the space as it is a very versatile product in comparison to anything else that has been on the market over the last 10 years.”
As to how the short term future looks for Stone Surfaces?
“With the materials we have in our range, it is allowing us to offer stone solutions to bathrooms, outside facades, floor and patio tiles, there is a massive market ahead of us for different elements of the house not just the kitchen so we are trying to get contact with the customer from a very early stage so we can offer them an array of options for their home.
Being a supply and fit entity, we can also offer an installation service for the large format products that we offer. We can offer the customer a bespoke service with our products and skill set,” concluded Stephen.
