Unique Flooring continues to thrive after 10 years in business…

Unique Flooring are a carpet and flooring store who give customers the floors of their wishes to help achieve the home of their dreams. Their product range includes laminates, herringbone and carpet with brands including Swiss Krono, Krono Pol, Signature and Forester.

Unique Flooring is in operation since 2013 beginning with me driving a van, fitting floors followed by opening a showroom which gave me the push to take the business more seriously. We now have a big showroom and warehouse on the Naas Road with five vans on the road and a number of staff and sub-contractors, said Keith Howell.

“There is a big push towards herringbone and laminate flooring. We have also recently launched a new product called Coretec which is basically 100% water proof and it comes in herringbone, long plank and tile effect to name a few of the finishes.

We are receiving great reaction to this product and we’re really excited about it. This product can be used throughout the house and it has a lifetime residential warranty.

“The business is going really well and 18 months ago my brother started working for me and my eldest daughter has also started working for me and in the not too distant future I’ll be taking a step back from the business to do life coaching.

We have built up a really good reputation in the flooring industry and we don’t have one bad review from our 10 years in business,” he continued.

“Home owners are purchasing carpets for their bedrooms along with their stairs and landing with laminate flooring everywhere else in the house. In advance of customers purchasing flooring, I would advise them to ask the professionals for their advice as it will put them at ease as well as assuring them they are in capable hands.

In our showroom, we will advise customers what flooring will suit their house, what range will work best for them and then they decide on the colour option,” finished Mr Howell.
